Disability documentation may be considered for established patients in select cases when clinically appropriate and supported by an adequate treatment history. Completion is not guaranteed.** About Your Provider Hi, I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with multistate licensure. I earned my Master’s degree from Stony Brook University and my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University. I’m committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based mental health care. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and collaborative treatment planning tailored to your individual needs and goals. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward improved mental health and well-being!
