Aside from being late, I did not feel as if the provider’s profile match with the provider herself. It was my first attempt at a session in 32 years and essentially I wanted to establish a baseline but initially based off my reasoning for seeking mental help I was asked about inquiring about another provider.
It’s likely with the technical difficulties of Zocdoc that there were some miscommunications however, I did feel like going into a session compromising and offering solutions was the best thing to do especially with what I need help with and honestly I’m a bit apprehensive about seeking mental help. It didn’t not leave a good impression.
I can’t say this provider isn’t effective but from the initial contact I had to conclude they weren’t for me.

The building looked really sketchy but I'm glad I went forward with my appointment! The office was in the back and was clean. The nurse practitioner, Khudsi, was fantastic! She listened to all my concerns and addressed them. I would highly recommend her :)
