Absolute Dental is the absolute worst. I’ve been to three different locations and they’re all trash prescriptions that were supposed to be sent, but never received inability to accomplish what I need lack of communication, lack of urgency. Nobody ever answers the phone like ever. It was constantly ringing for the hour and a half that I was sitting in the lobby. Multiple attempts to try to reach them about my prescription that was spoke about during my appointment but never received by my pharmacy. Multiple calls gone on answered This place is just garbage.

I was very pleased with my first visit. I only wanted one x-ray of a tooth I was worried about. The staff understood and respected my wishes. Dr. Figueroa offered options for my missing teeth. Other dentists had only pressed for implants. All is good for now. I am hopeful that I have found my new dentist!

Literally spent only 5 seconds with me. I booked for a cleaning and then was told as a new client, I had to do an exam first and if I wanted a cleaning i’d have to wait an extended period of time. Felt extremely uncomfortable and not taken care of throughout the appointment. Very little communication and explanation of treatment plan, barely explained the x-rays and issues. Couldn’t get me out the door faster. 0/10 would recommend. I’m happy I only was able to get an exam because I would not trust this place with a cleaning or filling of any sort. Receptionist is extremely sweet and friendly but other than that just no.

Showed up to my appointment upon arrival there was a sign taped to the door saying their systems had been down since the morning. My appointment was scheduled for 4pm. Was not notified of this. Took work off for nothing :(

I had an emergency with a family member and needed to get to California, unfortunately I had broken a filling out and most of the tooth with it. I made an appointment with Absolute Dental with Dr. Davey Troung. The staff was all professional. Dr. Truong was just great. I let him know of my emergency and he took me right away. Dr Troung made my temporary crown and had me on my way. Dr Troung was very professional, as well as the staff. This is not my regular dentist, but I will change to Absolute Dental as soon as I get back. Thank you Dr. Troung and all the staff at Absolut Dental. It's hard to find the kind of service today and I'm grateful, thank you all.

I'm very happy to see it organization, professional work, perfect team work, without pain, blood and more horrible items. I was have broken thoot, and doctor Rahi Shah and him assistent, unfortunately i don't know him name, young boy, very cute and organized, made it more of perfect shape and size, more good from my original thoot. Dental cleanings are not part of the exam. You will have to return for an actual cleaning but are required to have an initial appointment that takes an hour. They should advise future clients of this.

Yes, all was very good. The dentist was out for vacation, but I saw another Dr. in his place. I saw Dr. Reddy, which was very good and supportive in what he was doing. He explained everything.

It’s a very efficient office. I felt bad they didn’t seem to know I was coming, maybe? Smaller office and can be claustrophobic but everyone’s warm and friendly so I’ll definitely be going back. I hadn’t been to see a dentist in 10 years so it was a good visit.

First time I went for my appointment, the dentist had an emergency and had left the office. No attempt was made to contact me to let me know and their system was down due to the wind. Rescheduled for the next day, but I was on a tight schedule. I got there early and waited and waited. Finally, after more than an hour of waiting, had to admit there wasn’t enough time left to do an exam before I had to leave. Rescheduled again for the following week, they told me 2pm was the best time as they were coming back from lunch and “never begind”. I got there a half hour early, their system was down again and they didn’t see me on the appointment list. She would have to check with someone else and I could take a seat, they would be right with me. I waited for 30 minutes watching all of the very uncomfortable seats in the lobby fill up with people that had appointments until it was standing room only. No one ever called me over. I left. Three appointments, never saw the doctor. TERRIBLE office.
