I've been going to Abundant You for about 2 months and I can honestly both feel and see the difference. My pain has decreased, my flexibility and movement have improved so much, and the follow-up X-rays actually show your spine improving -- which is incredibly motivating! The vibration plate and Y-strap are my absolute favorites (I first discovered them on TikTok). The doctors and staff are welcoming, professional, and always take time to explain everything. I also love that they send you home with a goody bag of stretch tools so you can keep making progress at home. Highly recommend if you're looking for real, measurable results with a team that truly cares!
