I am very happy to have Dr. Pratt as my new doctor. He was receptive to my health concerns and provided a plan to determine the best way to address my long-term care. I look forward to my next appointment and see what the outlook will be. He has a great location and a great staff.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Pratt.
During my preventive visit, I requested a routine screening test that had always been part of my previous physicals. Dr. Pratt declined to order it and suggested that I pay for it out of pocket elsewhere.
After I shared a public feedback comment about my experience, I later discovered that my patient portal access had been disabled without any notice. This meant that I could no longer view my medical records or past visit information, and the timing was concerning.
I felt that my concerns were dismissed, and the communication did not feel patient-centered. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.
