My experience overall was horrible my appointment was originally booked on the 28th then change to the 29th called the office when I hadn't received the link to have the appointment and I was told that they have no record of that appointment and that it's tomorrow

The office I had this appointment scheduled with rescheduled my appointment for a different date and time, but only changed the time. On the date of the appointment that was shown on Zocdoc, I called their office because I never received a link to join the call, and they informed me the date had been changed, and then backtracked and said they actually couldn't see my daughter because she is under the age of 16 and that they canceled it. I was never informed of any of this, and they said it must have been an issue with Zocdoc instead of taking responsibility. I made this appointment weeks in advance because of serious mental health issues my daughter is having, and I could have made other arrangements had I been informed it was being canceled.
