I scheduled an appointment for today, and the office was not open. I admit I was suspicious that the office would be open on Thanksgiving, but I'm having tooth pain and needed to be seen. Oh well. Hopefully they are more vigilant of when appointments are actually available when listing online appointment slots in the future.

The receptionists' were very pleasant and helpful. I was seated and waited no more than 20 min before I was called to the back ....the assistants were pleasant as well....the dentist made me feel at ease (I was a nervous wreck) with the overall procedure....when I felt any kind of discomfort or pain she quickly addressed the problem. I am very pleased and will continue to go back and refer a friend

After having a nightmarish experience with a prior dentist (and having a tinge of dental-phobia), I made an appointment with Dr. Mohammadh's office based on recommendation from two family members. The entire staff was so incredibly wonderful and made me feel completely at ease. I definitely found my new dentist!

The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, considered I had no dental insurance and offered a pamphlet for me to look over. Then almost immediately was called into the room by the dental assistant who was very nice and professional. Dr. Anvarali Mohannadh was very informative regarding what needed to be done. Overall very happy.

Dr. Mohammadh was late for my first appointment, and the office was closed. I waited for him to arrive, and was uncomfortable to realize we were the only two people in the office. Still, he put me at ease in looking at a problem tooth and scheduling me for follow-up work. I felt confident returning. When I returned to the office for the follow-up, he had a staff member with him whom I can only describe as downright cruel. She took me back into the room to prep, never once acknowledging me. I asked where to put my belongings for my scheduled root canal. She told me there was no place for them. I wore my large winter coat and held my purse in my lap through the procedure. Next, I was given a consent form to sign, but she didn't fill in any of the information. I am nervous about dental work, and asked for her to spell the doctor's name so I could fill in the blanks. She told me the form was her responsibility. When I pressed again, she ripped the clipboard from my hands and scribbled in the blank spaces. Finally, she prepped me for X-ray. The location of my problem tooth is at the very back of my mouth, so there was nothing for me to hold the machine with except the roof of my mouth and my bottom teeth. The device kept slipping and cutting me, and she was frustrated and raising her voice angrily. She wouldn't allow me to remove the machine to explain why I couldn't hold it in place. There was no gentleness, and my anxieties were piling up. When the doctor came back, he swabbed my mouth quickly with a q-tip, and moments later stuck the needle into the gum before any numbing had occurred. My instinct was to reach for his arm, and he shouted at me not to touch him-- a reaction I understood, but he just held me down and continued to perform the injections through my incredible pain. When he finished, I was hysterical and crying. I explained that I was not numb yet, and he told me he performs such procedures all the time. In my 30 years, I've never had a dentist use the needle before preliminary numbing. By that point, I was having a full on panic attack, and cried through the duration of the procedure. I did not feel safe or cared for in their company. Dr. Mohammadh kept asking if I was in pain, and when I shook my head no he repeated multiple times, "If you're not in pain, stop crying." When he finished the root canal, he told me I was already numb so he was going to cut my wisdom tooth out (the wisdom tooth is beside the tooth being crowned, and he worried that if it became necessary to remove the tooth later, it would damage the crown). We had never talked about surgery, and I declined. I waited until insurance passed my account information and called to cancel my future appointments to finalize the work. I have never been so disappointed in a medical professional or his staff.

Honestly, Dr. Muhammad is excellent! I was diagnosed to have a tooth pulled by another doctor. But I went to him for another opinion. Dr. Muhammad looked further into the past doctor's findings.
He explained to me that he believes that the tooth which was recommended to be pulled is not the correct tooth. He felt from his observation and my complaints that it was the tooth next to it. He also explained that he was not comfortable with pulling either teeth.
I was given a temporary filling and told to wait to see if I still have pain. I am in the process of waiting. So far I have excellent results. Dr. Muhammad is an awesome professional!
I do not like the atmosphere of the office. They are not very warm. They are rude per se, but they are not inviting either. They don't smile much. I didn't feel comfortable with the staff, but I really like the doctor and I would recommend him hands down!
