My visit was great! A few of the things I enjoyed about my visit was firstly the wait time. The receptionist was very efficient and I was processed in real time and was able to see my doctor soon after. During my visit I felt seen, heard and valued. Dr. Mapendo took the time to listen and understand my situation. I felt like i was her only patient for the day. She did not rush me likeI often experience with other providers, and at the end of my visit I had a clearer understanding of my situation and what is going on with me.
