The doctor show up on time, and did a couple of check with patience for both of my ankles. Though my left ankle seems alright, right one needs to be further examined by MRI. The only thing is it's kind of slow for the office to submit the copy to the imaging center. Reducing the delay would be great.

My first visit was better than expected as
I reserved the visit at 10:00am on the day for 2:00pm. I got an office call around 1:00pm told me that Dr can't take me for this appointment but he can see me at 4:00pm instead.
I am happy to take their last appointment on a Friday!

I got to the doctor's office. They welcome me with open arms. Doctor Kim when you came in To The examiner room he was very polite. He listened and he took care of my problem. He took care of me. I left that feeling much better and I thank him so much.

I had a foot injury and was asked to climb a flight of stairs. This is not expected from a foot clinic where someone goes to diagnose what’s wrong with their foot. I was not warned that I would have to climb the stairs to reach the clinic. Poor experience overall.
Doctor also didn’t explain the foot situation properly. Didn’t explain what medicine I would be taking and with what frequency. No after visit summary or notes to go back to review the treatment.

Great doctor! Dr. Kim was very helpful, friendly, and professional. This was my first appointment, but I am really hopeful that the laser treatment and prescriptions will solve my nail issue. I will definitely be returning to this clinic and would recommend to others!

Dr Kim was so great! He explained the whole procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable! The toenail removal didn’t hurt at all and he gave me suggestions to prevent the toenail fro being traumatized in the future. Honestly the best podiatrist I’ve been to, and I’ve seen plenty as I walk a lot in NYC.

Rolled my ankle pretty bad a week and a half prior to my appointment (when i rolled it, there was a cracking/popping sound, and i couldnt stand on it for 10-15 min).
When i arrived he negligbly checked my ankle while chuckling to himself. Im guessing my ankle wasnt in as bad of shape as he was expecting, but i feel like i didnt get a solid checkup or analysis. It may be that all i need is a few weeks of rest, but I felt kind of like he just read some generic advice, and then made me feel embarrased for even coming in.

I am pleased with the outcome of my visit. Dr. Kim provide a tweak to my orthotics , a recommendation of exercises and very thorough explanation of how it all fit together. I was in pain, and with these simple tweaks my feet already feel better.

I was told that I would receive a call the day after my visit to let me know if my insurance would cover orthopedics and it has now been three weeks and I've heard nothing. I did get advice from the doctor that helped, but it does feel like I paid them to reconfirm what the internet already told me. Please follow up with your patients after their visits.

Dr. Kim has seen me twice on very short notice to perform minor procedures on my toe. Each procedure was a perfect intervention.
Dr. Kim's manner is friendly, efficient, and totally professional.
And here's the best part: Dr. Kim took out part of a toenail with absolutely no pain!

The office was very Korean, which is fine but I was a little nervous that maybe Dr. Kim wouldn't be the Doctor for me. Luckily that was not the case. Dr. Kim and his office assistant were professional and welcoming. Dr. Kim seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and cared for during our exam time. He was patient, attentive and proactive about how to resolve my medical issue. I will be continuing my foot care with Dr. Kim and moving forward with pre-surgical procedures.
