Secondly, Dr. Chang listened to my issue and thoughts, provided her professional advice, and was very flexible in adapting to my alternate wishes. With one registration, we walked in the door and went straight back to the chair. No sign in necessary! Great first visit for the free braces consultation! I filled in the online paperwork on her website and was seen immediately with no wait time. She explained everything in an easy to understand manner, including treatment options and financing. The process from the initial appointment to orthodontic application seems very quick and efficient. Her quote is good for 60 days, but you may be able to do the diagnostics and get braces installed the same day or pick a later, more convenient time for you. Her office is very bright, clean, and modern. Parking is free on the outside of the building, but it is a little tight.
My son noticed that he wanted braces! I made an appointment the same day and she was able to see him! Donna was very friendly and inviting. She explained everything to us thoroughly. She was extremely professional. Her office was neat and tidy and her staff was very attentive! Thank you for a great experience! See you in September.
