Achieve Growth Therapy
At Achieve Growth Therapy, I help adults work through depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, anger, and the pressure of feeling stuck in a life that looks fine on paper. My approach is collaborative and practical: we get a clear, nuanced understanding of what's really going on, then build a plan aimed not just at coping, but at thriving.
I'm also a KAP-trained provider offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for clients who want more than traditional talk therapy alone — particularly for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I provide the preparation, support, and integration therapy; the medical team at my partner Journey Clinical handles eligibility, prescribing, and monitoring, using sublingual ketamine. KAP is available in person in Orlando or via telehealth across Florida.
