Achieve Serenity Therapy Center

I am not your typical therapist, I am not going to ask you “Now how does that make you feel”, sit back and not say anything for the rest of the session. I am going to challenge you; I will assist you in discovering what your triggers are and help you navigate through topics you may have never shared with anyone else before. I am going to teach you how to restructure the way you think and challenge your inner voice. We are going to create a safe space where you can feel free to laugh, cry and find a sense of relief. We will meet weekly, and you will acquire skills which you can utilize outside of the therapy room. A little about me, I have been in the field of therapy over 14 years, I use eastern and western approaches when working with my clients. I am trained in multiple modalities. My curiosity for how the brain works has led me to work nationally and internationally. My passion is working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, ADHD and trauma. My clients consistently tell me, I can’t believe you remembered that. I told you that weeks ago or Ashley I waited all week to tell you this, I knew you would challenge my inner voice.
