The doctor ran a little late but to be honest the wait was less than most doctors offices even with her being late. She came in was very nice and got to the point without making me feel like she was trying to rush me out. Overall good experience, will be booking my next appt with her.

Excellent bedside manner and she explains things well. I did not feel rushed. At all. Was a little confusing as to which part of the office I should go to (had to go downstairs and then they told me to check two different sections) but other than that perfect experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and I was seen within 5-10 minutes of checking in at the front desk.

Dr. Hoffman is exceptional. Very kind, listens well, genius-smart. At my age, I’ve been to many docs n nurse practitioners n she surpasses them all. Thank God I found her, now maybe I’ll get well after having Covid damage for the last three years.

LPN Yeung was excellent! I have had a persistent cough (3 times this year for over 3 weeks at a time) which I had complained to my ENT doctor about. The doctor had sort of brushed off my concerns. LPN Yeung saw me right away, listened to all the environmental factors that had changed in my life, and diagnosed asthma. She said my lungs sounded like I had really bad pneumonia. She worked with me to give a referral for a chest x-ray to be on the safe side, and called me on the phone when my results were in. She assured me the x-ray was clear and asked if the asthma medication was working. It was such a relief to finally figure this out. The nebulizer medication she put me on has almost completely resolved my issue. I wish I had gone to her when this first happened a year ago! Highly recommended!

Dr. Leli and the nurses were attentive and caring. The front desk staff was not friendly and were yelling at people waiting because the sign to make a line was not clear.

Provider was asking irrelevant questions. She was very intrusive and repeating the same line of questioning as if I did not already answer! The questions she asked shouldn’t have been asked, because they did not relate to my visit. It almost felt like she thought I had no right to visit her office! I will not visit or recommend this office. Side note: (please keep my name off the record)
