It was my first time with Dr. Bosse and it was an overall great experience from reception until the very end. It’s difficult to find a good GYN in the area and now I finally have. I have been bouncing around for years looking for a good doctor and I appreciate the ease of getting my appointment ready (signing papers and filling out info), everyone was nice, and my wait time was not long and you even get a message when you’re name is about to be called. This was my first visit and I always have jitters when I go to the ob/gyn, but I’m looking forward to going back for the second time which has never happened with an in-network doctor.

My visit was very good. First time at this facility and everything went well. I don't know if it was because of the time of the day I chose to go, which was 1:30pm on a Tuesday, or because it was Valentine's Day, but checking in was quick and seeing the doctor was quick. When I checked out, the receptionist was even surprised at how quickly I finished. The facility was very clean from what I saw. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. There was a parking lot, but I'm unsure if it was for the office or not, but other than that there's street parking by the meter.

I’ll never go back, I received test results and was never called by my doctor. I was the one that had to reach out multiple times and still have yet to hear back from them. Urgent care is more thorough and helpful than this.

I would like to start by saying that my experience with Dr. M was extremely professional and welcoming. She was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to educate me, This made me feel confident in the information she provided. Despite feeling nervous about my visit, Dr. M made me feel at ease and well informed about my health. I asked about birth control options for a woman over 40 and was told I was too old to get pregnant and if I did, I would miscarry anyways. I know I am in the upper 40's but I think that was a very insensitive answer and it may not apply to EVERYONE. My concerns were dismissed. I feel that the office visit was brief. I spent more time waiting than I spoke with her. It was less than 10 minutes. They had a billable visit and I felt that, that was their concerns. She is pleasant but, I can't see myself going back.

I had an overall OK experience. I felt as if the visit and examination was rushed. I went home after the exam and had some discomfort due to the examination.

Don't get me wrong she was pleasant to talk to you but as for the examination and the time spent in her presence was rushed, like she had other place to be didn't even tell me when to come back to see her. I am going back to my original gyno. Swing her was a waste of time and transport. If I knew she was under advantage care. I would cancel ahead of time.

I called to say I was running 5 mins late, I got there 12 mins late for my first appointment. The front staff had to rush to get my paperwork in so I wasn't rescheduled. They got me in and was very nice and accommodating. NP McKenzie was no different than a MD. very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I would recommend her.
