Dr. Spang was very thorough and excellent. But the nurse was late so we were entered into the office after an hour. Then it took another half an hour to see the doctor.

The wait was very long, and we actually had to leave the first time and come back on another day because the wait was about an hour. We have gone to Dr Sprang twice, and she is a very thoughtful, approachable, gentle doctor. She's knowledgeable, not reactionary, and very pragmatic.

It was a little long waiting but we are so happy we found the doctor we like. Dr. Sprang is very nice and experienced. After the visit, my daughter said she no longer hates seeing a doctor!

The nurses were great with our child and made it very comfortable and fun. Dr. Spang was so great! Her bedside manner was excellent. She was very patient and explained everything in great detail to us. We'll be choosing her as our doctor for sure. Highly recommend!

She didnt listen. Called my husband and i uneducated because we werent comfortable with giving our baby all these shots. Were new parents so were learning as we go, everytime i asked a question she made me feel unintellegent. She barely let me get a word in. She wasnt asking any questions to get to know my baby. Kept us waiting for over an hour. Whole appointment took 3 hours.

Appt was scheduled for 5 and, though Dr Spang was wonderful, the way they schedule appointments every 15 minutes is unacceptable. We did not see the doctor until close to 7!
