I had an appointment today with a nurse psychiatrist for my workers’ compensation claim, and I am beyond grateful for the experience. From the moment I met with her, she was incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate. Unlike other providers who rush through appointments, she truly took the time to listen to me.
When I started to break down and cry, she didn’t dismiss my emotions or try to rush me through the process. Instead, she reassured me that seeking treatment and help was the right thing to do, even though I am eager to return to work as soon as possible. Her empathy and professionalism made me feel heard and validated during such a difficult time.
If you’re looking for a provider who genuinely cares about your well-being, takes the time to listen, and provides thoughtful reassurance, I highly recommend her. This appointment gave me a renewed sense of hope, and I appreciate her support more than words can express.
