PLEASE NOTE: Active Chiropractic Care is IN NETWORK with NYSHIP, Medicare, Workers Compensation and No Fault, and OUT OF NETWORK with 1199, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Emblem Health (GHI), Fidelis, Health First, Medicaid, United Health Care. HOWEVER, our office ACCEPTS ALL OUT OF NETWORK BENEFITS, and many times it is MORE cost effective to become a patient out of network for chiropractic care.

Our office prides itself on the “no surprises” insurance policy we have with our patients. We verify all patients' out-of-network benefits prior to their first visit and inform them of any out-of-pocket expenses in advance. We do not bill our patients; all payments are collected at the time of service.
