We are a self-pay practice only and do not work directly with insurance, but we can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement. Acupuncture North Clinic was founded by Dr. Kuan Su, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl.OM (NCCAOM) in Northfield to help people in the Northshore and the Northern Chicagoland area in treating acute & chronic neuropathy, complex cases of pain management, migraines, TMJD, plantar fasciitis, post-op recovery, post-COVID recovery, high stress leading to GI and sleep issues, and Men's Health such as prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, testicular pain, and urinary issues. He is passionate about using non-invasive techniques to get more lasting results for his patients. Dr. Su is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He received his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine and his doctorate from the Pacific College of Health and Science.

Kuan is fantastic, I'm so grateful to him. He has so much knowledge and phenomenal bedside manner. I went to doctor after doctor for my eczema and no one was able to help me. Within a few sessions with Kuan, my itching was under control and my skin was finally able to start healing. I've also noticed that I have significantly less anxiety and quite a bit more energy. This is probably the best investment I've made towards my physical and mental health. I have enough energy that I was even able to start going to the gym and exercising instead of spending all of my time in bed.
