My name is Andre Yershov, L.Ac. I am a licensed acupuncturist and the owner of a private-pay practice in Midtown Manhattan. The initial appointment lasts about two hours and includes consultation, assessment, and treatment. The fee is $450. Since 1997, I have worked with patients experiencing persistent musculoskeletal pain, repetitive-strain injuries, restricted movement, and incomplete recovery after injury or surgery. Common issues include back, neck, shoulder, knee, and elbow pain, as well as headaches and migraines. I also work with patients seeking complementary care for digestive disorders, insomnia, anxiety, seasonal allergies, reproductive and hormonal concerns, skin conditions, and complex chronic health problems. Treatment is individualized and may combine acupuncture with functional movement and muscle assessment, manual therapy, Class IV laser therapy, cupping, moxibustion, or Gua Sha. When appropriate, I provide Chinese herbal consultations as part of an acupuncture plan or as a separate service. During the initial appointment, I review your health history, examine factors contributing to your condition, provide treatment, and discuss the next steps. The number and frequency of appointments depend on the condition's nature, duration, and your response to treatment. This is a completely private-pay practice. We do not accept insurance or bill insurance.
