Adapt Chiropractic is a family focused, neurologically based chiropractic health center located in North Raleigh. We are proud to see kids of all ages, adults, elderly, athletes, and pregnant mamas. We know the nervous system (brain, spinal cord, and nerves) controls and coordinates all functions of our body. It does this through signals sent through our spinal nerves. When a bone in the spine misaligns, it creates irritation and pressure on that nerve. This pressure causes interference to those signals being passed through that nerve. Our goal is to locate and correct those misalignments with a technique that is highly specific and gentle. We adjust the spinal bones with a very accurate instrument that requires no twisting, cracking, or popping. Our office utilizes state of the art technology to assess your health and locate the root cause of your health concerns. By locating and correcting areas of spinal nerve irritation, we not only help you feel better, but function better to reach your highest potential!

my visit for the first time was great, the only thing that caught me by suprise was the copay and if I would have proceeded with the x-rays it would have be way over my budget but the staff was friendly and I did like that

Great inviting environment. Clean and smells nice. Friendly front desk staff and friendly doctor. Provided all information first and gave pricing upfront. Walked through the process and went into detail of their goals and making sure he fully understood where my pain was coming from.

Dr. Nikolai and his staff have been amazing during my time at Adapt. He really does care about his patients and shows that by asking questions and making a game plan. After leaving Adapt chiropractice for an appointment I always have a smile on my face- the staff are all super friendly and love to talk to their patients. Dr. Nikolai is the most understanding doctor that I have ever had and Adapt chiropractic has made such a huge impact in my life. Dr. Nikolai Simonsen and his assistant Jessica are perfectly professional and personable. Instead of getting a sense of being a patient to process as I've experienced in many medical offices, I was impressed with their genuine concern for my well-being through each step of their procedures. The clear communication and focus they provide is a definite plus as well. There is no doubt I will be in good hands with the treatment plan and maintenance program ahead.
