Tan is a great provider. He's empathetic, courteous, and knowledgeable. He takes his time to explain things well and makes sure you understand the topics before the appointment is over. He also takes his time before your appointment to ensure he knows who he's talking to and reviews any previous notes. He makes you feel like a person, not just a copay.

The NP was so nice, very informative. Helpful in diagnosing the problem, gave a course of treatment, answered all my questions and was able to get my prescriptions into my pharmac y right away!
Was so easy! I booked my appt and within just 3 hours I already was seen, diagnosed, and had my medication to treat my ear infection. Highly recommend!!!!

Provider was a bit clinical at first but warmed up as we chatted. He did not look into the camera though and that was disconcerting so it felt like he wasn't seeing me.

It's very off putting to have a psychiatrist want to adjust my meds that I've been on for a year + on the first visit. Also, I told him I was taking the above recommended dosage of Effexor. He told me I was wrong and I looked it up again and - I was right.
His demeanor seemed very robotic and didn't really seem to care just took notes, asked me the same questions multiple times. He wouldn't refill all my medications and suggested I book ANOTHER appointment to have another psychiatrist refill them. Which I believe to be pocket pulling. I booked an appointment to keep my meds going and not run out.
I'm covered by insurance but why should my insurance pay twice for a session I had already booked.
