She's a nice lady. But she does not interact very well with the Zoc Doc UI (I left a very long comment to be relayed and there was no receptionist so I don't think it was relayed). Wasted time and I had a stressful time. She did apologize but that's easy to say after charging my insurance.

She explains everything in depth, answers any questions you have and has no problems helping you understand the answer. The entire team is very respectful and awesome bunch.
