I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care for ADHD, depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
I work with adults and young adults who want real support—not just a quick prescription. I focus on practical, results-driven treatment plans—many patients notice improvement within the first few weeks. My approach focuses on understanding the root of your symptoms while using medication thoughtfully when appropriate.
I specialize in helping patients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with focus, motivation, or emotional balance.
