Seemed odd that this place would require a urine sample when I was there for a diagnosis. Would completely understand the test if a medication was prescribed in the future that possibly a urine test would be needed, but not before. If you are looking for a diagnosis , run away from this place as all you will get is aggravation.

I left this appointment feeling unheard and invalidated. I explained that I had already spent 20+ years under psychiatric care and had tried extensive medication management under a single provider, yet I was still pushed toward the *exact same approach* again.
The appointment felt rushed and dismissive. At the beginning, I was asked to search through my medical history on my phone while simultaneously answering diagnostic questions without time to actually gather the information being requested. They did not use the information I provided and did not ask for it again before the appointment.
Patients with long and complicated mental health histories deserve to be listened to more carefully. I won't be returning here and will seek help elsewhere.

Such an incredibly disappointing experience. During the phone call before the visit, I was left on hold for 15 minutes. I thought about hanging up and calling later but a gentleman finally got on the line and said someone "forgot about me". Also called me Jessica multiple times so I'm not even sure he was looking at the right file. Then arrived at 8am for a 8:30am appointment and the receptionist stared blankly at me before asking "so, did anyone call you this morning?" I said no and she let me know that the provider wouldn't be coming in that morning. Not only had I not received a call from anyone but the gal didn't think it was necessary to apologize. I actually left and the more I thought about how completely unacceptable it was, I went back in to ask her what happened. She blamed it all on a "call center". I have it all on a voice memo if anyone needs to hear it. Also, she said the office manager would personally call to reschedule and that still hasn't happened. Four days later.

I have already recommended my doctor (PA) because of my experience. I felt heard and cared for, which is increasingly hard to find. The office staff was also very friendly and professional. I never waited long between any of the providers/tests. Also, the office smells really nice! ??

I thought Anna was very nice. I enjoyed meeting her however, I had hoped after waiting three weeks to get the appointment, I would have started a treatment plan. Instead I have to go to two more appointments, and wait another month before I even being fully evaluated and getting a treatment plan. I find that excessive and more expensive and just prolonging something that I was hoping to get started today, after waiting so long to get the first initial appointment.
