We don't do blood work for new clients at the clinic.
We have lab tech draw the blood once a week for our existing patients only.
FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Patients can be seen for acute and chronic complaints if they do not currently have their own Primary Care Doctor. Specialty visits must be scheduled with a specialist.

Dr Naga is such a delightful surprise. I floated from Urgicare to Urgicare for a decade. Then I went to Dr Naga- and I found a doctor. She calls me direct. She talks to me like a person. It’s such a normal experience. She is detail oriented and thorough in her diagnosis. Her office worker Yashikha is kind. I would recommend Dr Naga. My wife is going Monday!

Great experience! Rather than a medical assistant taking my health history, then seeing a doctor for a quick 5 minutes, she took her time and listened, as we went over it together. She was thorough and explained everything, in a way that I actually understood. I left feeling confident with a plan of how to manage my health. Highly recommend!

I've never had the best of luck finding a long-term PCP/NP, but this was one of the best and most comprehensive New Patient/Wellness appointments I've had in a long time. I genuinely look forward to appointments with ANP Thiruvalluvan in the future. They listened to all my concerns and reasonably responded to them. She was straightforward and realistic, while still being conscientious and understanding.

I'm sad.
I thought doctors took an oath to help patients, to help each other, to help another human being. 1, I went in for a diabetes management. I wanted her to be my primary. I was tired of bouncing around from MDs, but I have moved away further from my older physicians so I wanted someone closer. 2, I gave her all my information from my last doctor so if she wanted to she could have my old a1c bloodwork. 3, I mentioned I was running out of meds soon and emphasized that I needed them. 4, she ran another a1c bloodwork, gave me my results, then she recommended me to an endocrinologist. What? Why go through all these hoops if you weren't going to take care of me? Here's the kick to the mouth though:
She wouldn't even give me a refill of my last meds, that worked for me, for the time being until I did find an endocrinologist. Nothing she said made sense. I mean, nothing. She cared more about being "by the book" and dealing with insurance policies then helping me.
How sad.

She seemed a bit frazzled by the whole process of setting me up as a new patient in her computer system. It kind of seemed a bit unprofessional. However, she truly cared to hear me and find an answer to my concerns. When the results from my bloodwork came in, she took the time to review it with me and make recommendations.
