Made a quick appointment on Zocdoc because I just had a rash and they’re availability was good. Although I didn’t see the doctor I was originally booked. The one I saw was really good?. ?I appreciate the short notice availability and she was so knowledgeable.

Usually it’s easy but this time they Zocdoc doesn’t actually book the appt it just reserves it. I didn’t see their email if they sent one to actually book one so they had no idea I was coming.

It was my first time at this office, a student helped during the pre consultation and a student consulted me while she googled the meaning of my blood results.
The NP did come in at the end and was there for 2 minutes max, asking the same questions again. Prescribed me medication without explaining how the medication works and potential side effects.
I’m not one to open up easily, I was looking to find a primary care doctor and build trust that my health would be in good hands, however I was unable to do so at the visit and won’t go back.

Made an appointment for a specific provider at a specific location and had to do a secondary task of calling to confirm the appointment, no problem, thanks Pedro. When I arrive at my supposed appointment I’m met with a rather rude desk clerk, Erica, that stated I had no appointment with them and that they are fully booked. Not only did I have to move from my ideal time that is listed on zoc doc and originally the one I booked (4:30 changed to 4, which was the only change about my appointment made when confirmed) but with only 1 person waiting in the waiting room. Management, Karen, expressed they do not work through zoc doc nor do they really take in appointments made on the server.
If that is true, then you should remove their businesses access immediately from being able to operate through your server. Not only do I never want to use this site again but I will be informing those I encounter moving forward that they should too steer away from an appointment making server that bounces already confirmed appointments.

The office had to call me to schedule a diff apt - but the doctor was amazing and a breath of fresh air. Let me walk through all my concerns and scheduled bloodwork the next office day and follow up the week after.
