Dr. Cristine scheduled enough time on my first visit to perform a comprehensive hearing evaluation, interpret the results, and discuss hearing aids. She is attentive, professional, and kind. I just had my follow up visit and am very very pleased with the result and in the way I was treated. She is awesome!

I forgot paperwork that I needed for insurance purposes. The doctor took the time to help me email the electronic form to the office. We then printed the paperwork and took care of what was needed. Excellent professionalism by the doctor and staff. Highly recommend this practice to others.

I was disappointed that this office could not provide the in-the-ear hearing aid that I was interested in. Also, I thought I had an appointment with Jason Ruiz, but he was not the person I met with.

My appointment was made with Jason Ruiz, Audiologist, and I was seen by Shana Thompson, Hearing Instrument Specialist. Shana was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I do not know why I wasn’t seen by Jason Ruiz as that was whom I booked the appointment with. This is concerning, even tho I was happy with Shana.
