Thorough exam, took time for a full conversation on all matters of concern, combined personal attention for the unique patient while maintaining professional objectivity. She showed all the qualities I expect in a provider and I couldn’t have asked for more. It helped both of us that I was prepared for the exam, had specific questions and a good idea what to expect. This visit justified the doctor’s high ratings.

She was incredibly helpful and thorough throughout the process. She took the time to explain the various hearing devices that would best suit my needs, ensuring I had all the information to make an informed decision. Her responsiveness and attention to detail were impressive, and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I look forward to continuing my bi-annual appointments for my hearing health with her.

She herself was great. Super sweet and did my test very patiently. Also guided me well. The office where she has a clinic though was quite a bad experience. Very rude staff - not helpful at all. Dismissive. I arrived 15 mins earlier for my appointment incase I had to fill out paperwork and the elevator was locked. When I finally entered the office there was no one at the front desk. Someone appeared but they were dismissive and not helpful. Even after 10-15mins the Dr came out her self to take me to her office.

Wonderful experience. Made the process of understanding and being fitted for hearing aids so much easier than I anticipated. Big takeaway is that she is genuinely commited to her patients and finding the correct solution and providing on-going support. With 24 years of experience, she’s fitted a lot of people for hearing aids and that experience shows. Absolutely recommend!

Dr Bral was very polite and engaging. She took time to understand my background and went through the necessary steps for a thorough diagnosis. Ahead of my apt, she connected with my insurance and sorted everything out. At the end of the apt, she advised on next steps, booked a follow up via video ( as I will be traveling ) and ensured there was nothing else I needed to be looked at. I would highly recommend Pouya Bral.

Dr. Bral asked lots of questions to determine the nature of my BPPV and confirm the symptoms. She was reassuring when I got dizzy and made sure I was okay to leave the office at the end of the visit. She requested that I follow up with her, even if the treatment was successful.

AAMMMMAZING experience. The audiologist was super friendly and professional. The staff was great. They are all very covid conscious and when the office got a little crowded they had some of the patients wait in a nice room in the back. I was seen right away. Highly recommend going to this audiologist!

Loved my visit with the audiologist. She removed wax from my ears and gave me a thorough hearing test. Unfortunately I failed the test and I need hearing aids. Tried a couple of pairs and loved both. Decided on one and I'm waiting for them to arrive. Can't wait to hear well again!

I am so glad that I searched Zoc Doc to find a great Audiologist to check my hearing and fit me with new hearing aids. My old aids were six years old and in dire need of replacing. Pouya was terrific. I was seen on time with no wait, I could tell right away that she knew what she was doing. The hearing assessment was more detailed then my first one six years earlier. Pouya was so patient, answered every question and never seemed distracted. I selected a device from a company that I liked in my first pair and they came in days later.
My fitting went well and again all questioned answered. I also obtained a TV device that through blue tooth connects right with the aids. It is fantastic and I recommend it.
I had a follow up visit two weeks later and Pouya made sure I was happy with the aids. I had questions on how to clean them properly and got a good education.
I did not have to wait for any of my threes my appointment and was taken on time.
I definitely would suggest you contact Pouya for hearing exams and aids if you need them!
