The dentist and the hygenist were nice. The person who did my x-rays had no patience or bedside manner. Despite that I still tried to power through and book my follow up appt. Had to reschedule the follow up appt so called the office. The lady asked me when I could come and when I asked for a date and time. She said the time I wanted wasn’t available, cool. So I asked when is the soonest date that had that time available.. She couldn’t say ???? I’ve been going to checks up for the last 3 weeks this is the most unfriendly, uncommunicative office I’ve encountered. I just cancelled both of my follow up appointments and will be looking for a dentist that actually cares about how they treat new/ returning patients. Unfortunately the staff at this office overshadows how nice and personable the dentist is.

experience was terrible. staff was rude. called 3 days before i made appointment gave insurance and was told it was accepted and when i got there it was a different story and had to cancel my whole appointment

They contacted me before I got there and make sure that everything was up to date because I am a new patient the front desk is very polite and courteous and very helpful . I went in for a cleaning and examination all right expensive very good thank you very much.
