I am very afraid of any dentist! Dr. Montes came in the room and I felt immediately at ease. She has a very calming demeanor. She explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I now look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you so much, Dr. Montes. From the moment I entered the office, I met the receptionist, Sandy. She was so kind and helpful and she explained everything to me. Then I met Alison, Dr. Montes assistant. She was also very kind and helpful and explained everything to me so I knew what next to expect.
