My experience with the provider on the day of the appointment was fine. However, insurance did not approve coverage of the medication. I called the office 5 different times over 11 days to ask if there could be another alternative medication we could try. I spoke with the office staff and they documented my calls and question in the system for the provider’s team. They even went as far as transferring me to the sister offices that the provider attends and was told “I am going to go into the break room right now to try to get an answer for you”, but I never received a response. After further frustration, I learned that the provider’s team had never even opened the notes. I also learned after switching providers that he never documented what we tried (over the counter) at home. Had he done this, insurance would have seen that we had already tried 2 of the 3 medications that they require documentation of before approving the medication he prescribed.

Definitely will go back Dr B is pleasant and helpful. My husband and I were seen together today which is very helpful since my husband has memory issues and most Drs in the area don’t do this.

This is our 3rd visit to this office, 3rd doctor. We have also visited our primary once, Centra Care twice and one ER visit. We explained this rash has been here for a week shy 3 months, and little to no overall improvement. When I (the mother) asked why he chose this treatment route (its repeating one we have already done) he quickly turned to me as said "what do you want me to do?" I said, "make it go away". Which is NOT unreasonable seeing this is my third visit to his practice in 5 weeks, to treat impetigo. My daughter specifically asked about the ointment not being mupirocin as it burned when she applied, and he prescribed that again. I can only hope it goes away this time. She has been on Antibiotics for 7 weeks minus a few days before it flared up again twice. It was very rude how he reacted, this all on my daughter's face and I am scared it will scar as long as her skin has had sores and irritation. I will not follow up there if I can make an appointment elsewhere in time.

I believe there was a lack of communication. I did not receive a summary or any notes about the visit. When I when to get my prescriptions, they said they never received an order. Called a few times and no response back. I said it was not terrible I do understand that it is 7 in the morning and some people are half asleep.

Went in for acne issue. Doctor never even examined my face. He looked at my face from afar (as he leaned on the counter). He was not a good listener at all. Seemed like he was just in a rush to get through the appointment.

I think the longer you see a certain doctor, the better they get to know us, the patient, so each visit gets to be a better visit. That is why I like to stay with the same doctor for many years, or for as long as possible. Also, they have my Lancaster, Pennsylvania dermotologist, listed where they can FAX the doctor notes up to them right away.

Staff very friendly. I j Had a difficult time using the board to fill out as a new patient. The receptionist was so patient and helpful. Wish I would have grabbed her name. Had long hair. I remember she was eating an omelette and it looked so good. She was doing a great job of multitasking.

The wait time is not too bad. Dr. B is very thorough in the exam and explains what he is doing and what he finds. He always explains the at home care.
