This was the first time I was there. Everyone from check in to check out were fantastic and helpful. Dr Pham was probably one of best dentists I’ve ever been to explained everything in layman’s terms and was very personable. Definitely recommend her everyone.

I was nervous about getting a root canal and took the day off for it. No pain, even though my situation is very complicated and has to be done in stages. The Dr explained everything and even though my situation turned out to be complicated, her optimism kept me calm. Before I knew it I was done and in minimal to no pain. I actually went to work instead of taking the entire day off. I would definitely come back after this situation is complete and I'd recommend anyone to come here!

The check-in office staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-out was not so helpful--most of their attention was focused on training a new employee, not on the patient. Dr talked mostly to the computer in the exam room and I had trouble hearing him.

I went in for what I thought would be a root canal since dentist referred me to this practice for exactly that. To my surprise I was charged a large amount just to be told the same thing. Nothing was done other than xrays. No root canal, nothing. Only an email telling me what the charge would be to get it done. Not even discounting what I had given to be told same thing again.

I had two teeth that needed root canals. One tooth was symptomatic due to periodontal inflammation. The process took 1 hour for each tooth. Even after anesthesia the procedure was painful and uncomfortable for the symptomatic tooth but relatively better for the second tooth. Dr Pham was knowledgeable and pleasant with a good bedside manner
