Our office and gastroenterologists in the Lakeview and Lincoln Park area of Chicago, Illinois have extensive training and education in gastroenterology and health care. We perform a number of treatments and services, including colonoscopies, ERCPs, and a variety of endoscopies.

Dr. Atallah was very personable and friendly. However, I had a virtual appointment which I found pretty unspectacular. I was basically told a bunch of things I already knew, with no treatment for my condition. I would think that maybe an in-person visit would be better, but can't speak to that.

A young doctor with old school bedside manner. Took the time to listen thoroughly to my symptoms and concerns; gave me clear options on how to proceed forward. At the end of the appointment, he asked me what my thoughts were, what option I was comfortable moving forward with and if there was anything he missed (a rarity with most doctors today). Highly recommend him.

My tele health appointment was very helpful while office visits are limited due to COVID. Because it was a follow-up on something I had already seen him about and gotten a test done for, I actually thought I got just as much out of the tele health as I would have in person and would use this option in the future.

Dr. Flicker is a great doctor with great beside manners.
He actually spends time with you and listens to what you have to say and answers all your questions.
He doesn't just send you off with meds until next visit. He actually gives you options on what you can and should do.
His office is clean and his staff is great and friendly as well and they call to confirm your appointments.
I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Flicker was running behind because of some procedures running over, but he was apologetic on the call and very much worth the wait. While I wish the office had alerted me ahead of time of the 45+ minute wait, I fully understand how it happens and much prefer a thorough visit over a rushed one! He was attentive and listened to my concerns, then constructed a plan with me. I definitely would recommend him!
