Dr. Nielson was great! He seemed to truly care about my daughter. I brought my other 2 children with me and he even took an interest in them! He asked all of my children questions about themselves and made us feel very welcome.
He and the staff explained everything very well and answered all my questions. We were the last appointment of the day and nobody was rushing us so they could get home. In fact, I didn't realize we were last until we were finished and I saw the waiting room completely empty.
Everyone was so kind. They also helped us out with a couple different payment options. They have two different locations and offer appointments at either location, you dont have to stick to the same location every time.
I am so glad I found Dr. Nielson!

We had such a great experience with Dr. Nielson and the team. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with my child, who has a lot of anxiety around dental appointments. Dr. Nielson explained everything clearly and took the time to help him feel comfortable and safe. The staff was very friendly and caring. I should have brought my insurance benefits so I could get an accurate estimate for part of the treatment. The staff pulled up part of it and setup an estimate and payment plan which I appreciated. Very helpful.

Went in to get measured for Invisalign. Great experience, even though not much was done yet. Holly was so sweet and talked me through everything. And Dr Nielsen was very kind to everyone in the office. Didn’t wait hardly at all, and felt comfortable the whole time. Haven’t had any work done yet, but easy to tell it’s a trustworthy place of business

Amazing experience! The doctor and staff were super organized and down to earth. They offered a really clear treatment plan, checking to see what my insurance covered and giving me a bunch of different reasonable options for how to pay. Everything was done really timely and the staff had a great flow and timing. Everyone was very kind and normal too.

I was truly amazed at my visit. I was greeted and taken back as soon as I walked in and everyone I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. The doctor didn't rush his time with me and listened to my concerns and addressed everything I had came in for. They were upfront with pricing and not pushy when it came to what services I wanted. Finding good medical care can be difficult but this place is exceptional! I would highly recommend them for orthodontist care.

Dr. Nielson's office is amazing!! They were super friendly, seated us on time, and took the time to get to know us personally. There was no rushing us to get to the next patient. They did a great job of explaining everything to us and discussing our options. The office is also super cool with quite the collection of sports memorabilia to look at.

The staff and the doctor were all very welcoming, kind, and great at what they do! They extended there hospitality to me as the mom and I wasn't even the patient. Everything was explained very well at our initial consult - so much so that we went ahead with her braces application on our first visit. Great practice.

The experience was great! Everyone was amazing. The only problem was when getting my Invisalign photos done the lady doing them had no idea what she was doing and was hurting my mouth. I left with cuts on my gums because of it.
