Great experience overall! I was able to get an appointment quickly and the office was quick to reach out to fill in gaps in the paperwork submitted thru Zocdoc. They clarified my concerns and that I would need imaging elsewhere prior to the appointment and they also quickly sent me that referral form to be able to have it done the same day prior to the appointment. I was seen right on time for my appointment and Dr. Lendrum had already reviewed my concerns and imaging so the exam was focused and I have a straightforward follow-up plan. Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful.

The only problem was to locate the building off of 40th St. Couldn't see the building number from the street. The Doctor was prompt in the time and information on the problem I had. The treatment helped me with the pain. I would recommend this Doctor to friends.

Absolutely great. He listened to me, took me seriously, and didn't try to sell me anything and instead just told me to buy the brace I needed off Amazon. I was also very impressed with the mobile x-ray machine that allowed him to get instant images; he has very good and up-to-date technology. Definitely recommend!
