I was seen right away, and the Dr was very thorough and explained what the prognosis was in terms I could understand. Bedside manner was very good and time was used efficiently.

Well I know they knew what kind of insurance I had. They knew they did not take my insurance. She should not have called and accepted my appointment. She should've told me that that they did not accept that insurance. And I would not have had to come to the appointment that day. I think that was wrong
