Dr Nejat & his staff are all super courteous and prompt. Whole office is bright & clean. Visit was quick yet filled with patience & descriptions for understanding of issues plus next steps explained.
From start and end, appreciation for the Asian front desk handler who got my paperwork in plus gave requested itemized receipts without any hesitation.
Do prepare for abundant paperwork to be filled and keep in mind to ask to fill in release form if documents need to be sent elsewhere.

He has a calming bedside manner, listened intently to my history, reviewed all my x-rays, and explained in detail all my options. I recommend him highly. Wonderful dentistry with great staff and the office was spotless. Everyone was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have mobility issues, and everyone went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The medical staff explain step by step all they have to do to you and how much everything will be before you make a decision. They don't push you .Even though they said my insurance won't cover anything.

I think there is an error in the booking times... according to the hygienist you should only be able to book on the hour, and I booked at 10:30 which made my wait 45 minutes. Otherwise, a pleasant and professional experience.

If you're ok with being sold on "high end" treatments this isn't the worst place to go. I came in for an emergency visit for extreme pain. They seemed more interested in pushing lavish treatments.
They said they would prescribe antibiotics but my pharmacy never received the prescription and when I called them the next day, it was a complete surprise to them that I needed the prescription.
If you don't mind the long winded pitches they seem competent enough, but it is clear they are all about the bottom line and not the patient.

Everyone is super friendly and professional. The decor is bright and uplifting. The appliances are modern and state-of-the-art. I highly recommend this practice. Came here after another periodontist failed at resolving a gum infection with a painful drain job. Came here and they painlessly lasered it away. Welcome to the 21st century!
