I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, my physical therapist was the perfect balance of knowledgeable, respectful, gentle, and genuinely personable. She created a space where I felt safe, heard, and fully cared for not just as a patient but as a whole person. Her expertise was clear in every movement and explanation, but what really stood out was her warmth and attentiveness. She listened carefully, explained everything with clarity, and adjusted treatment with sensitivity to how my body was responding. If more people in health and care approached their work with this kind of integrity, compassion, and skill, the world would be better for it. Working with Dr. Avani has been amazing. I went in with shoulder/neck pain and I was taking Advil around the clock. After 2 sessions, my pain was minimal and I wasn’t taking Advil anymore. She’s fantastic, personable and knowledgeable. I like the fact that she’s attentive and thoroughly listened to my concerns. Throughout my sessions, Avani explained each step, ensuring I understood the exercises and why they were beneficial. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and organized, with a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I saw real progress and improvement!
