Advanced Relief Institute offers the latest in cutting-edge interventional pain relief treatments, including treatments for chronic pain. These advanced therapies include spinal cord stimulators, epidurals, radio-frequency ablation (RFA) applications, joint injections, and other non-surgical pain treatments to relieve discomfort and other symptoms in most areas of the body.

My wife and I had been pain management patients for many years suffering with chronic back and leg issues. When we recently relocated to South Florida from NJ, we were very concerned about being able to find a qualified and caring physician who could manage our many issues, especially in the wake of all of the issues facing the nation regarding pain control. We were truly BLESSED to find Dr Neel Amin and his team at APEX , American Pain Experts. They were quick to give us appointments with minimum wait time and found a combination of medications that I was never aware of that actually gave us superior pain control while using less dangerous medications. Dr Amin also gave us both , virtually painless , therapeutic injections, in the convenience of his office, which has given us both back quality life for the first time in years without suffering. Lastly, on our last visit, we were both late due to transportation issues and came in right at lunch, even though the team was leaving, Dr Amin himself, brought us both back, and worked through lunch, to make certain that we would make our ride. He is an amazing person, physician and treats us like family. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Neel Amin and team.

We were new to the state and delayed moving because it is so difficult to find a qualified and competent pain management doctor, who had the skill to do necessary procedures yet compassionate and enough of a patient advocate to prescribe appropriate medical management. It appears that we have found all of the above with Dr Amin and his practice. He has an expert team who is laser focused on helping and evaluating each and every patient with state of the art approach. Highly recommend !

Everyone and I mean everyone was so nice and so professional. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. The waiting area as well as the patient exam rooms are clean, modern and meticulousIy maintained. Environment gets an A++. It only gets better from there. They do an in-depth screening and believe it or not, they listen. After the exam by the PA, doctor Amin came in to discuss diagnosis as well treatment options. Again, he examines and listens to you. With my input and his assessment he presented me with a multi-pronged treatment plan with a combination of modalities. I felt relieved and an immediate sense of hope. He started treatment the same day with lidocaine injections into my traps to relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. He started me on extended release medication to help control the pain throughout the day. He scheduled me for micro cortisol injections into the joints on Friday. We are also looking at physical therapy and massage therapy....and we are just getting started. My only regret so far is I did not find Dr Amin sooner. My goal is live life again....to be able to go to the gym...to be active again....to live and feel healthy. I know with Dr Amin’s help I can achieve these goals. A great big thank you to Dr Amin and his staff!

I must admit I was kind of skeptical about finding a doctor on the internet. ZocDoc directed me to Neel Amin, M.D. and I could not have found a better physician if I had interviewed them personally. Dr.Amin is intelligent, articulate and personable. He also is at the top of his field in my opinion, as I have been to SEVEN DIFFERENT doctors in the last 2 years.
