The whole staff was great starting at the front office for check in. The Tech doing vitals and questions. The Doctor patient, listening, and communicating a direct plan for the next steps. Finally the lab tech doing the blood draw for testing super sweet and kind. Even the lady back at the front who had a lot going on with others first, greeted with a smile and apologized for the wait to check out and get next Appt scheduled. Overall great experience as being new to the area, and a New Patient able to get me in the day of for a medical concern and blood work.

The doctor, nurse, phlebotomist, and staff I worked with during my appointment were very thorough, informative, kind, and clear. I was able to have conversations with each that made me feel heard and I ended my time in the office with a real plan to get my health back on track. Doctor did not do anything. Didn’t check a temperature, test for Covid nothing. Complaining about pressure on my eye and ear. Only addressed the ear and said it looked normal. My trip was pointless. Got told to keep doing what I’m doing.
