I was nervous after a previous bad experience with another provider, but Linda was very approachable and took my concerns seriously. She was kind and informative, followed up quickly after my appointment with the evaluations we’d discussed. I felt like I was speaking with a real person who cares for her patients.

I never received any link or way to communicate so I waited for my appointment and by that time the office was closed so I was stood up

After I booked with this therapist, the practice was very quick to call me about my sliding scale question. Unbeknownst to me, the only other provider i've asked this question of works at this same practice.
They were extremely quick to tell me I had "already been told this information." Once I clarified that the other provider worked here as well, I explained the oversight. They reminded me I had "already been informed" again, and asked that I sign the consents for this session.
Since I do not have active insurance at this time, I was unable to upload a copy of my insurance card, a required field in their form. When I made the practice aware of this, this was the response:
PLEASE JUST TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR ID TWICE
When I asked if it was standard practice to yell instructions at patients, they stopped responding. I don't know what their model of care is supposed to be, but if you're looking for trauma-informed providers, look elsewhere.
