Excellent experience, the doctor’s professionalism is tops, this office does not nickle and dime you with “additional unnecessary tests” I am happy to have visited Dr Lopez at this office.

I learned more about my eyes in this one short visit than I did in a half dozen or more visits with my ophthalmologist!
I loved my visit and I wish I could go again soon. I will definitely be going back next year for my annual checkup.

Wait time wasn’t too bad, but there was a wait. Office staff was very nice until they realized I wasn’t purchasing glasses from them right after my routine exam.
It’s unfortunate they charge extra just to give you your PD if you don’t buy glasses with them!

Staff was friendly, competent, and efficient for the amount of people seen the day of my late day appointment.
Optometrist was pleasant, professional, competent and explained results of the exam.
Optician was very good at providing suggestions of glass selection. Knowledgeable about my insurance plan benefits and offered useful upgrades to the glasses selected. Provided information on turn around time and pick up glasses.
Having been to other vision offices in the past, I was pleasantly surprised and came away with a very positive evaluation of Advanced Vision Care of Kendall. As a basic annual exam and glasses, I would recommend this location and staff.

My insurance provider tells me the doctor’s office must call to locate my glasses. When I call the office they do nothing, but promise to call me back, which they don’t.
