What an amazing experience with a dentist. This appointment was for my children and the Dr. Razavi was knowledgable and listened when I had questions. She was also very frank and informative about my children's dentistry needs. Her staff were also extremely knowledgeable. In preparing for future appointments, The office manager who was also extremely knowledgeable in dentistry was able to help me understand my options in getting dental work done in the future and even worked with me to create the next few appointments according to my financial needs. This was the first dental office I went to where everyone (expect the oral surgeon) was a WOMAN! And it made such a difference with the nurturing and patience they had with my family.

Everyone was so nice and good at what they do. All the procedures, recommended treatments, and pricing was communicated to me clearly and I didn’t feel pressured to accept any treatments I didn’t want at the time. The office and equipment were all very clean. I got two enamel cap/fillings and the dentist that applied them took great care to have me check how they felt and file them down until they blended seamlessly with my teeth. I plan to stay with this dentist and already made an appointment for my next cleaning here.

Doctor made me feel ashamed about my teeth. I felt overwhelmed about everything that needed fixing. I know my teeth need work which is why I scheduled an appointment in the first place. But I did not feel good after meeting the doctor. Everyone else in the office was nice, but I don't plan on going back because of this experience. I can pay for my teeth somewhere else without being judged.

As someone who gets VERY nervous at the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised to be instantly put at ease by my hygienist, Shawna. Shawna and Dr. Razavi walked me through everything they were about to do, and explained the procedures I would need to get done very thoroughly. I felt well-cared for, and the skill of the team was high-quality. Dr. Razavi's office put me at ease!

Everyone is professional and courteous, from the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Razavi was able to do cleaning techniques that I've previously had pain problems with - I completely trust her. She also focuses on educating, which is very helpful.

Today I had to go under the knife orally. Many people, including myself, dread such an ordeal because a man’s mouth maybe the most intimate place on his body; moreover having foreign instruments invading it is a tragic experience. Fortunately Dr. Razari was courteous, respectful, and very informative with his wealth of knowledge. He explained the proceeder throughly giving me detailed examples of what he had to do for my surgical procedure. And chiefly, he was gentle.

I declined add-ons ( CT scans, etc for todays visit. I prefer to examine my teeth once a year, a do clean up twice a year).
I ended up getting my clean up , but I was told never to come back. Literally.

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was super nice, but just really slow. It was my first appointment, so I needed xrays as well as pictures, but it took about 45 min to do that which seemed slow. The Dr did the scaling and checked my teeth and was kind of rough- my gums were hurting all afternoon, and I have really healthy teeth! This has never been an issue before! They also tried to upsell me on fluoride, night guards, Invisalign, and teeth whitening which I politely declined. Overall just okay, but for the convenience of being next to work, it was worth it.

The office is always clean and the staff are very friendly. She has had the same office manager for at least the last ten years, and she is great! Dr. Rasavi is kind and explains things carefully. She always works with me on the best plan for my teeth when work needs to be done. I’ve been going to her for over ten years now.

I was nervous at first about the deep cleaning procedure. Dr. Razavi was very professional and kept making sure I felt hardly any pain during the procedure. It was quick, somewhat painless, and my teeth feel so much cleaner than before. I'm more or less mentally prepared for the 2nd appointment in a few weeks!

Sepi (Dr. Razavi) is a truly sensitive doctor, paying close attention to how you are doing at all times. Her work is very good and she is efficient. She checks in about your schedule, how you are feeling, and makes you feel secure as she explains what she is doing.
Her assistant today, Kathryn, was warm and trustworthy. I could tell she knew how I was doing and I could tell she knew what she was doing.

The doctor was not professional. He carried a lot of personal conversation with his assistant while his patient (me) lying on the dentist chair forcefully listening to their conversation. The assistant was not paying close attention that she had the sucking tub move to my lip that caused me a surprise.
