ADVENT is a medical practice that focuses on treating nose and throat issues effectively in our office - without surgery. Problems we treat include nasal obstruction, sinus infections, sinus headaches, allergies, chronic sinus drainage, snoring and sleep apnea. If you have ENT issues outside of this, we recommend seeking care from a traditional ENT. Our diagnosis starts at your first visit, where we perform an endoscopy to understand the health of your nose and discuss potential treatment pathways. This visit will likely be with a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who work under the guidance of our surgeon team. After scheduling through Zocdoc, you'll receive a confirmation call (888.296.3858) or text from our office. It’s important you confirm your appointment to ensure everything is set for your visit.

Ruben is amazing. While the location is an ENT - they specialize in the EN part more than the T. Ruben took some time to chat with me and my symptoms and recommended i see a different doctor speciality for throat issues. As a result, they just cancelled my appointment and didn’t charge me for the quick consult. Very kind of them!

I personally felt rushed during my appointment by my provider. I had to use the bathroom before he came in so that may have contributed to some of his noticeable anxiety. I was a little nervous coming in because I had to have a nasal endoscopy done. It went a lot quicker and smoother than I thought it would. I really appreciated my provider guiding me through the process and encouraging me with phrases like "good job." It was really nice letting another healthcare worker take care of me. I worked as an RN for a little over two years and have had my share of performing and assisting in invasive and unpleasant tasks.

I have sleep apnea and due to claustrophobia don’t tolerate any of the masks with my cpap. Even if I fall asleep with one on I somehow remove it in my sleep. I heard about Advent on the radio and couldn’t wait to see them. I have multiple allergies and the staff took time to make sure that nothing they used I would be allergic to. Treatment was modified to accommodate my needs . I really felt that they cared. Everything was explained in a way I could understand and explained thoroughly. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and never felt rushed. Everyone from front desk to NP/Doctors were wonderful. So far they are meeting if not exceeding my expectations. I have already had my husband, 2 adult children and brother in law make appointments. This was only my 1st appointment and I left hopefull and can’t wait for my next appointment.

I did NOT have a good experience with this practice. They claim to be ENTS, but in fact, called me at the 11th hour (the day before) to let me know that they couldn't help me. besides claiming to do something that they aren't able to do, they left me waiting before cancelling the appointment. I could have used that week to get some relief from my problem. Needless to say, it was quite a disappointment
