Appointment was for 6:30 pm. Was 10 mins late due to the fact that my father has a hard time walking and I couldn’t get him out of the house quickly. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment and the 3 office staff were extremely unpleasant and very rude. Would not let him be seen by the doctor and his legs and feet were extremely swollen. I let them know this and 1 girl laughed, 1 smirked and the 3rd was just horrifically rude and said no. He can’t be seen and we close in 10 Mins. I said well what happened to the 15 min grace period and if you close why would you book someone at 6:30. I do NOT recommend this doctor because your office staff tells a lot about you and your office.

A good primary care doctor is very difficult to find. I feel like I got lucky with Zocdoc. It was worth the extra drive. I hope she will be my new primary for more than a few months, it seems like they all leave and move on, leaving you hanging. Great doctor, super nice, great staff, day of appointment. Absolutely a pleasure. Thank you so much!
