Dr Jay was great! Great bedside manner and thoroughly listened to my concerns and questions. He even addressed some concerns my previous pediatrician dismissed as well as referring us to other specialists to see. Office had a constant flow of children and parents being seen rather quickly. The office also had a decent amount of things to keep my child entertained during the wait. I would definitely recommend!

The doctor was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I truly appreciated the clarity and care provided during the consultation. A few minor points to note: my original appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but I received a call that new patients could not be seen at that time, and my appointment was rescheduled to 11:30 AM. Additionally, there was a small clerical oversight where one vaccination entry was missed in my file. Overall, I had a very positive experience and felt well cared for by the doctor.
