I experienced the most awful doctor appointment of all time, the doctor I booked with called out sick in the morning so I saw another doctor, Agnes Letushko, from the same practice which was the worst decision to make. I came to this woman with issues about my period that i’ve been having for the past year or two such as irregularities, spotting for weeks after period stopped and severely painful cramps. The doctor seemed to judge me for not coming about this sooner, even though I also expressed to her I’ve been dealing with really bad anxiety and depression. She then goes completely out of left field and says that I need to start loosing weight. Even said that I had a “perfect” BMI to be able to get prescribed Weight loss injections and how she was jealous her BMI was never high enough to go on them. She even made me take out my phone to write down the name of someone who would be able to get it for me. I have never felt so degraded and dismissed in my life.

I was turned away because I did not show up 30 minutes prior to my new patient appointment. On zocdoc it said I had to come 15 minutes early so I did and then I arrived at the doctors office and they would not see me. They said the new patient forms take too long to fill out. I had no idea I had to come 30 minutes early and the office called me at 3pm the day before my appointment to tell me this but I missed the call. I ended up going to a different doctor where they saw me at the usual 15 minutes early timing to my appointment.
