The staff including the Doctor were very professional. The examination of my eyes was thoroughly and matriculated done with each steps explained to my satisfaction. My concerns were met with vivid explanations that made it possible for me to go back or recommend the facility to anyone.

Was not impressed by my greeting aka first impression...was quickly told I was 8 minutes late after experiencing unexpected construction traffic. Was also led to believe I may not be seen as a result. Always amazes me where a doctor can make you wait and it's perfectly fine...but the doctor does not wait for you! Really?...what about customer service and gratitude for your making time to see and PAY them amidst a highly competitive environment!
