An all around horrible experience! I will never use this doctor again! Scheduled an appointment time of 6pm based on information provided on zocdoc. Doctors office NEVER disclosed it was an urgent care facility. My husband waited over an hour only to be told by an extremely nasty receptionist/front desk attendant that he would have to wait ANOTHER hour because they “don’t take appointments. Well then - why would you offer dates and times with appointments on zocdoc then? This is misleading and deceitful. I will not be attending this practice ever again. The lack of transparency and professionalism leaves a lot to be desired!

Almost a 1 1/2 hour wait, Dr Aghabi was on vacation, and had to provide all insurance and other details despite sharing on Zocdoc. Told me my appointment through Zocdoc wasn’t an appointment. It was first come, first served. Someone throwing up in the waiting room and didn’t take her into a private room or prioritize her. Kind and accommodating Woman at the front desk. Good experience with Nurse. Waited another 20 minutes for Doctor who spent three minutes with me and diagnosed me. Sensitive to the fact that it’s a Sunday and no one is open, but respect appointment slots, prioritize people throwing up, and have a better doctor to patient ratio.
I am upset that there was no indication that this was an urgent care before I arrived there. I was trying to avoid spending more money then needed. The staff was friendly, but it should have been posted on zocdoc more clearly that this was an urgent care like in the title of the west orange doctor.

I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The office was clean and efficient. When I walked in my first name was up on a TV letting me know exactly how long my wait would be. Really high tech and modern. My RX was sent to the pharmacy immediately after my visit and was ready when I arrived. I'll definitely be back!

This is not a primary care doctor, it is an Urgent Care Facility that doesn't use ZocDoc, go to a real doctor's office if you have anything other than a cold.

Very thorough and to the point. This was my second visit to Dr Aghabi and I would definitely go back again. And I have already recommended him to others. I like that you don't have to wait to get an appt. and can even just walk-in. My primary physician usually doesn't have an appt. for a week or two, which is not at the time that your not feeling good.

First of all, I think I scheduled the wrong doctor because I was looking for a Dermatologist. However, he appeared on ZocDoc during my search and had the availability. Apparently, this is Urgent Care office and does not treat derma cases. So the Doctor was puzzled on my condition (some skin issues that does not need immediate attention) and I tried to explain the situation. But even if I came at the wrong place, he should have at least sat down, communicated well with me because I paid for that time and i'm pretty sure my insurance will be billed with whatever that 15 mins consisted of (nothing really only me asking for a prescription). Will probably not come back at this place (also because it's an Urgent care facility). I got my Rx none the less but I think the overall visit was weird.
Terrible experience. The doctor spent around only 2 minutes talking with me and gave the prescription to the pharmacy. The medicine cost a lot for a 3ML eye drop. But, it didn't work at all after using it for 3 days, moreover, it's getting worse.
Dr. Aghabi took an excellent care and was supportive every time I met him. This is my third visit to this clinic. Excellent staff and very minimum wait time. I will recommend doctors express to my friends.

This is an Urgent Care office so don't go there expecting the Doctor of your choice. It's who ever is there that day.

Long wait. People at front desk were nice. Doctor was awkward and came in to introduce herself and ask the same questions that the nurse did. Was pretty pointless for the doctor to come by at all.

I had a very busy week and couldn't make it to the doctor. By the time I could make it in for a visit I was miserable. Who likes doctor visits? Nobody.. correct? Well everything I normally hate did NOT happen here.... 1. No wait. Absolutely NO WAIT!!!! 2. Friendly nurse. She didn't make me feel bad about looking up info or uncomfortable explaining my symptoms. 3. Nurse answered my questions without doing the double talk. You know, "wellll let's wait for the doctor...". 4. Doctor Leo was fast, kind, efficient. Love him. He wasn't rushing me out the door, I still felt like I had his attention and was special. 5. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Picked up my prescription and was home in an hour. I hope I don't get sick or need to go back but if I am I will be back. Seriously. My day was made. One more thing....clean. It was clean and there was tv in your examination room. Not that you would have time to really watch tv. BECAUSE THEY ARE FAST!

Dr Lencina was great! The office was quick and efficient. Took me only a few min to get registered and called back. The staff was very polite and I appreciated how much they seemed to care. I will be back later this year as I almost always get the flu. That's what happens when you work with kids!

It's my first time going to a doctor in New Jersey and I had an awful experience. I went on zocdoc and tried to book 3 different appts only to find out this doctor could only see me for one. He said he would refer me to another doctor but never gave me a list or information for the doctors he was recommending. I saw his MA more than I saw him and she did most of the questioning and took notes. The only thing they could of helped me with was my allergy test and it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. I would never go back to this clinic and I would not refer this doctor to anyone. I didn't even see the doctor after they drew my blood and being that I was a new patient he could of came to ad least tell me what happens next. The place was empty so I am sure he was not busy. I will stick to my NY doctors office where they take time for their patients and actually get back to me. I'm sure it doesn't take 3 weeks to get back blood results.

I came in to Doctors Express on a Saturday evening not knowing what to expect. Medical staff at front desk was very friendly and quickly checked me in with minimal wait.
