Most relevant

First I got screened by an assistant where she asked my history and insurance information. Then I had to wait for the provider to come on. This 30 min appointment took one hour before I got started with the provider.

The video consultation with the doctor was great. Lovely manners and very clear. The follow up was cumbersome, with a lot of back and forth and multiple topics that got stuck. Still unsure when the follow up test would arrive and if coverage applies.
